Drives:
Electrical drive motor with frequency converter for conveyor belt controlled by the container contact switch
at the tunnel infeed.
Transport arrangement:
Through Horizontal loop conveyor. Lateral guidance by means of vertical slats on both sides of the conveyor belt.
Diaphragm at the end of the cooling zone to separate the Filling and Washing areas.
Control Devices:
A central control panel with programmable logic controller (PLC) and Panel View HMI which can be connected to a 80 column dot matrix printer.
The operator friendly console provides the user to view on the monitor, the process/cycle in progress, alarms, and also key in variable parameters for individual cycles using soft touch key pad.
